When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

There is a wallpaper pack available here: [link]
This is sort of dedicated to one of my best friends, ~LupeSjiler. She just doesn't know it yet, though she's already seen the thing itself XD I say 'sort of' dedicated, as in that you inspired me to make this; I started making this just after we had that long talk (you know... XD). I tried to make it purple-blueish at the least, but it just didn't turn out that way, sorry XD (I make up for the lack of textures last deviation, but almost all of the textures I used were my own... XDD And heh, who knew dictionaries help you coming up with titles? XD) <Credits/Disclaimer> Stocks: [link] [link] Textures: [link] [link] Comments

And what strikes me as good observation is that you took into account the fact that this is an actual wallpaper and left space for icons... And you did a good job with it since the space isn't distracting in anyway and actually adds to the piece and what it's meaning could be.
Honestly, I really don't have any major critiques. My only suggestion would be to clarify the image in certain, very small parts of the piece (And I don't mean much at all-- Just small touches to maybe let us see a little deeper into the work/the story?), and also to extend that strip of coloring along the bottom up the edge of the left wall a bit-- Just to let it flow a little smoother and round it off to match with the orb-ish light coming from the center. I really only mean just on the very edge, and very little: I love that you didn't completely swallow the arm up in color.
Overall, wonderful job! 'Tis definitely something I would use as my desktop because I like designs with a soothing, yet unique and thought-provoking mood/look to them.
By the way, you earned my very first critique! I've never done one before and I felt I just had to here! It was that wonderfully thought-provoking!
